Advisory retainers
Monthly retainers providing dedicated senior technology advice and leadership. Capacity is reserved each month and does not roll over. Initial term of three months.
Up to 8 hours per month
Senior technology advice for founders who need clarity and confidence without an embedded technology leader.
Included:
- One 90-minute strategy session
- Up to two hours reviewing documents or proposals
- Up to four hours of research and written recommendations
- Reasonable email or message support between sessions
- A short monthly priorities and actions summary

Fixed-price projects for clearly defined outcomes. You buy the result, not the hours. Scope is agreed in writing before any development begins.

A defined diagnostic that maps your operational processes, identifies the most valuable improvements, and produces a clear roadmap and action plan — before any development begins.
Included:
- Kick-off session and process review
- Interviews with up to three key team members
- Written process map of current workflow
- Prioritised improvement opportunities
- Recommended systems roadmap
- 90-day action plan with indicative costs
- Review session to walk through findings
The recommended entry point for businesses that want to understand what to fix before committing to a build.
Delivered in 2–3 weeks
A short, clearly defined project that produces one focused result — an automation, a tool, a prototype or a discovery.
Included:
- One 60-minute kickoff session
- Short written scope
- One clearly defined deliverable
- Implementation and internal testing
- One customer review session
- One revision round
- Deployment or handover
- 5 business days of post-delivery defect support
One primary outcome. Multiple outcomes should move into Solution.
Delivered in 4–6 weeks
A complete business solution for a defined operational, customer or information problem.
Included:
- Discovery workshop (up to 2 hours)
- Written scope and delivery plan
- One complete workflow or application
- Basic branded interface
- Up to two standard integrations
- Testing and acceptance
- Up to two revision rounds
- Production deployment and documentation
- 10 business days of post-launch defect support
One defined business problem. Additional workflows or departments should be priced as separate phases.
Delivered in 8–12 weeks
A focused platform MVP — an internal operational system, a SaaS MVP or a customer-facing application.
Included:
- Discovery and requirements workshop
- Solution architecture and data model
- Up to five core user journeys
- User authentication and basic permissions
- Up to three standard integrations
- Responsive web interface
- Production deployment and monitoring
- Up to three structured review rounds
- Technical documentation and handover
- 20 business days of post-launch defect support
Scope is fixed at proposal stage. Anything not listed is a later phase or change request.
Additional and ad-hoc rates
Work beyond the included package capacity, or ad-hoc work without a retainer, is charged at the following rates. Additional time requires written approval before it begins.
